Supporting your journey towards better health and wellbeing,
Rachel Sinclair offers gentle, intuitive support to help bring greater balance, clarity, and understanding to your body and environment.
Using dowsing techniques, Rachel works to identify potential imbalances linked to food, minerals, vitamins, and environmental factors. This approach supports people, children, and animals in reconnecting with a more natural sense of wellbeing.
Dowsing and divining are essentially the same practice. While many people know of dowsing as a way to locale water for wells, it can also be used to gain intuitive insights into health, wellbeing, and everyday life.
A range of dowsing charts are used covering topics such as food sensitivities, vitamins and minerals, environmental influences, and even practical matters such as identifying issues with your car. Sessions are suitable for babies, children, adults, and pets.
The pendulum used is handcrafted from Neem wood from India, although pendulums can also be made from crystal or metal. The most important factor is that it feels right for the user.
Dowsing is an ancient practice that many believe can help us reconnect with our intuition, which is often lost in modern daily life.
Dowsing is intended to support wellbeing and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider before making any health-related changes.

Dowsing sessions are carried out remotely using a recent photograph, meaning there is no need for in-person meetings. This allows clients to be supported from anywhere in the world.
Each session requires focused concentration to receive intuitive information. Clients are asked to remain quiet during the process, as conversation can be distracting.
All findings are recorded and provided as written feedback. Sessions for children and pets are often more straightforward, while more complex or long-term health concerns may require additional time and detail.
Each session is approached as a form of "health detective" work, combining intuitive insight with chart-based information.
The body responds best when given the right conditions to restore balance. This includes supporting lifestyle choices such as fresh, natural foods, local produce, clean water, and a more grounded way of living.
Many people find that small changes can make a meaningful difference over time, and sessions often highlights areas where balance may be improved.

Rachel's journey into healing began in a small village in Kent, England, where she grew up with natural remedies, fresh local food, and traditional ways of living.
After moving to Tipperary, Ireland in the late 1980s, she studied Massage, Anatomy, and Physiology, deepening her understanding of the body and natural healing.
Through her own experience with Rheumatoid Arthritis and chronic pain, she discovered the powerful connection between diet, energy, and wellbeing.
She was first introduced to dowsing at a healing gathering in the Burren, County Clare, where she met others working in natural therapies and energy work - a practice that became a lifelong passion.
